It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the second edition of the Sea Dubai Watersports Festival under the patronage of HH Sheikh Majid bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

As a means to promote Dubai as a popular watersports destination worldwide, Dubai International Marine Club in Mina Seyahi is proud to present the Sea Dubai Watersports Festival. The Festival is a series of competitions, which include international, national, modern and traditional watersports events. It is the culmination of events which have toured Europe enticing the sailing and powerboat communities through campaigning our Sea Dubai RC 44 racing boat on the RC44 Championship Tour and our platinum partnership with Class One following the World and European circuit.

From November 25th until December 12th 2009, we start with the final round of the RC44 Championship Sailing Tour and end with the conclusion of the WPPA Class One World Powerboat Championship. We host the richest Surf-Ski (Ocean Kayak) race as part of its World Tour and highlight our Traditional Dhow racing, Jet Ski action Swimming competition and to entertain you and the whole family.

Together with our partners Emirates Airline, Dubai Duty Free, Le Meridien Mina Seyahi and The Westin Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, Marine Pool, Edox and Class One, I welcome you and your family to enjoy the fun, sun and action at Dubai International Marine Club in Mina Seyahi Dubai.
