The Sea Dubai RC44 Sailing Team is a mixture of professional and amateur sailors who under the patronage of HH Sheikh Majid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum campaign the RC44 owned by Dubai International Marine Club in the Championship Tour. The aim is to promote Dubai as a watersports destination through actively participating on the water in a variety of sports worldwide. In 2009 the Championship was held in Spain, Sardinia, Austria, Italy, Slovenia and finally it returns to Dubai. The team had a good year in 2009, they won the DHL long distance race in Austria and got some great results in Italy. The 2010 season begins with the Al Maktoum Sailing Trophy on home ground in Dubai and then goes to Austria, Denmark, Spain (TBC), Canary Islands  and back to the Middle East.
